Why won't my PDF open?
Make sure the file is an unencrypted PDF and is smaller than 25 MB. Password-protected or damaged files may not open. Try a smaller document if your device is low on memory.
Can I change text already inside a PDF?
The original-text editor replaces supported, selectable Latin text runs using server processing with consent. Scans and complex text layouts are not supported. The separate annotation editor adds text, images, highlights, shapes, and drawings locally.
Where is my downloaded file?
Check your browser's Downloads list. On a phone, the result may open in a preview or file-saving menu. Keep this page open until you save your result.
Do you keep copies of my documents?
We do not store document copies. Most tools process locally; the original-text editor receives the PDF only after upload consent and processes it without saving the document or logging its contents.
