Your files. Your business.

Document processing and uploads
Most DocVelto tools process files locally in your browser. The original-text editor is the exception: it uploads your PDF over HTTPS after you confirm consent. The server processes each request in a short-lived process without saving your document or logging document contents. Requests may be rejected for size, time, or unsupported formatting. Files and resulting document bytes are released when processing completes; no document history is kept. Annotation tools remain local. Closing the page clears the application's in-memory working copy. Files you download remain on your device until you delete them.
Website hosting
The hosting provider receives information needed to serve the website, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and access time. Private previews may also require hosting-platform authentication.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This version does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or marketing cookies. The hosting platform may use essential cookies for private access. If advertising or analytics is introduced, this notice will be updated before it is enabled.
Your choices
You can use the document tools without creating a DocVelto account. Work only with documents you are authorized to process. Avoid shared devices when working with sensitive information.
